Online Shop

We sell our books through Ecwid, where we take your personal details mainly to fulfil product orders and delivery. All our online transactions are handled by PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay using PayPal.

We deliver to any destination within England, Scotland and Wales. We don’t deliver to Northern Ireland. We do not offer delivery outside the United Kingdom.

Returns Guidelines

You can order from us with complete confidence.

Our books come with a no-quibble 14-Day returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have an issue with our books that we cannot easily resolve, we are glad to give you a refund.

Notify us as soon as possible by email, website contact form or telephone.

The following conditions must apply:

• You are within 14-days purchase of your goods
• Books must be in new, used conditions
• In their original packaging

We ask that you re-package them securely and return them to us, at your cost. We recommend using a ‘Recorded Delivery Service’ and we will refund the price including the original shipping costs, once we have received the goods.

New shipping costs for any exchanged goods may apply.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return Address

You can either send your ‘Proof of Return’ to us by separate mail or you can attach an image of it in a separate email to us.

We make every effort to respond to any complaints within 7-10 working days.
